The dead body of an unidentified man was found lying on the pedestrian in Calabar by Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHEDC), Cross River State.
Residents in the community believed the man to be in his 50's. They said he has been seeking refuge there for some days...
They also noticed his death on Sunday morning but were not sure until the light showers that lasted for hours and saw that the man still didn't move his body.
At the time a report was made, the lifeless body of the man was still there with those surrounding it saying that enforcement agents have been passing with no attempt to remove the body.
