Pst Kumuyi pays visit to Gov Lalong Simon, task him on campaign promises

The General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Christian Ministries, Pst William Kumuyi has sympathized  with the Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong and the people of the State over last week murder of the Saf Ron/Kulere, Dah Lazarus Agai.

Pst Kumuyi prayed for the State and also admonished the Governor to always depend on God and ensure that he fulfils the desire of the people of the State which he governs.
He made the call at the weekend when he paid a visit to the Governor at the Government House, Little Rayfield before proceeding to hold a crusade at the Polo field in Jos.
The General Superintendent stated that he was in the city to hold a prayer crusade saying,
“Whatever that is happening in the state, God is in control of it. We pray that God will save and protect the state and we pray and hope that the state government would fulfil the desire of the people in the state.”

Responding, Governor Lalong admonished Christians to pray fervently for the sustenance of peace in and Plateau State and Nigeria adding that when his administration came into office, “it was not easy because of crises, but we thank God that with prayers peace is restored in the State.” He urged the Pastor and all Christians to use the crusade period to pray for the sustenance of the peace and; “to also fish out the devil that had caused the killing of our monarch in Bokkos and to also fish out the culprits as we are ready to even offer a ransom for people to identify the culprits.”
